About

Every band, stripe and strand is struck from a single focus set near one edge of the frame. Wedges of unequal width are cut into unequal rings and filled with stripes, stipple or grain, while long curved strands cross the cuts between them. The worked material piles up around that focus and thins outward, leaving open dark ground beyond it.

Rendered once on the studio's GPU rather than in your browser; the code is there for the curious.
