Presence

I put one attractor off centre and pushed every point of the field through it, so the diagonal colour strata that run straight at the corners bow, shorten and pile into a compressed shell of black and white lines around a lobed hole. The lightest tones, the accents and the finest threads all gather where the pull is strongest. Inside sits a small dark mass, the one thing still straight. Presence here is not the mass but the bend.
