One Lens, Unseen

Twenty-four million rays start evenly spread and pass through one hidden lens that is never drawn. Where the lens bends them toward the same spot they pile up, and the picture is only the count of where they land. The brightest cusp sits low and left of centre. Everything else falls away into a dim, folded net of blue fold lines.
